okay, so this is my first post out of three that we were supposed to do this weekend, and it's monday night...the night before the homework is due...an the reason is my keyboard was broken...and it truly was, you know? but then, this brought up a question for me...why do people make up excuses? do they do it so that their "crime" is just? or do they do for people to feel sorry for them? and, why do we feel sorry for people when they make up excuses...even though sometimes we know perfectly well they're making up excuses...? em...<3 |

People may make up excuses to take the blame away. It's probably extremely hard for a murderer to come out and say "yes i did stab that woman in the chest and then i disposed of her body in the dumpster" maybe the real question is what is an excuse and what is an opinion because the murderer may have said it was out of self defense and then he was scared so he disposed of the body....i guess it all depends on point of view

Some people make excuses cuz their afraid of the truth. Others make excuses because they dont wanna hurt those they care about, and some do it selfishly to save their asses. Then again if you think about it, most everything you do is selfish even if its good. In the end, you do it to make "urself" feel better right?
